Final question goes to the BOS, Only three towns with similar or larger populations than North Andover still have an Open Town Meeting form of government (Andover, Dracut and Wilmington).  One of our citizens is collecting petition signatures to research other forms of government, such as Representative Town Meeting, Mayor/Council, or Town Manager/Council forms of government.  Do you believe that Open Town Meeting is still the best form of government for our town?
