One drawing entry per email address.   Registrants must be eligibible to vote in the town meeting in North Andover, MA.   The drawing will be held on Friday, May 16 but only entries submitted prior to May 14 will be included.

The winner is the entry that comes closest to the 'official' number reported by the town without going over.  In the event of a tie, the entries with the correct answer will be placed in a random drawing to select a single winner.   The winner will be contacted by the email address entered.
